Federation Tourism Association of Nigeria (FTAN) had berth in Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital.
The National body of FTAN berth in Abeokuta penultimate week, with the Vice President, South West Zone, Otunba Ayo Olumoko leading other executive members to the programme in their Oke-Ilewo Abeokuta office.
Speaking at the event, Olumoko enjoined every member of the Association to work together as a team in order to move the association forward to greater heights.
Federation Tourism Association of Nigeria focuses on Review of government policies as it affects the Tourism and Hospitality establishments.
The Association is to operate within the Tourism and Hospitality value chain, sharing of business information, knowledge and opportunities for the purpose of creating sustainable business for employers, investors and operatives in the Hospitality and Tourism Industry.
The Association’s interest also include discussion of business opportunities among members, as well as collaboration on business opportunities and ideas.
Other members of the executive who graced the occasion are, Ademola Adeogun, PR II, Folake Ajiboye, Intergovernmental Officer, Lukmon Adebanjo, Membership Officer, Miss Akanke, Asst. Secretary, Dr. Ibrahim Kukoyi, Cordinator, Miss Alabi Atinuke, Treasurer, Omooba ‘Sanya Oresanya Secretary and Akeem Babs, PR I.
Meanwhile, other members of Federation Tourism Association of Nigeria South West Zone, include Ekiti, Lagos, Ondo, Osun and Oyo State.
